Glance Instructions

Note: To test Glance Cobrowse you'll need two browser windows available — one for the Agent and one for the Visitor. If prompted, please disable any pop-up blockers, and enable camera access if you are testing video.

  1. Open this page in a browser.
  2. In a separate browser window, open and login to your Glance Agent Join Page.
  3. Click the Start Cobrowse button below, and enter the session code shown into your Agent Join Page, then click Join Session.

Once you have started a session, you will see the Agent Viewer toolbar and you can test the various features of Glance Cobrowse:

From the Agent Viewer toolbar

  • Add Guest - select Add Guest from the toolbar to invite another party into the session.
  • Share Screen - select Share Screen to share additional agent or visitor browser tabs, windows, or entire screens.
  • Remote Assist - select Remote Assist to allow the agent to assist with navigation and field entry.
  • Document Share - select Share Document to share documents between the agent and visitor.
  • Two-Way Video - select Agent Video to start a two-way video session.

Solution features without Viewer toolbar controls

  • Agent Gesturing - use your mouse to point and click to highlight areas of the page.
  • Content Masking - see the Content Masking Examples section below.

Fields with the glance_masked class will be hidden from the agent.

Glance Mobile Camera Share

To test Mobile Camera Share, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate and login to your Glance Agent Join Page.
  2. Enter your mobile number in the "Customer's Number" field and click Video (SMS). This sends an SMS with a link to the mobile device.
  3. Click the link on your mobile device and allow camera permissions. This starts a Mobile Camera Share session that can be viewed from the Agent Join Page.
